Two sisters—Chelsey and Madison—with a heart for Jesus and our hometown.

We felt God put this event on our hearts several years before we listened and took action. In January of 2024, we hosted our first Southern Iowa Women’s Faith Conference in our hometown of Mount Ayr, Iowa. We ignited this conference with the one and only Jennifer Dukes Lee who believed in this dream alongside us. Without her initial support, this calling would never have come to fruition in the way it did. In 2025, we hosted the lovely Mandy McCleary, and we are excited to see how the Lord continues to nurture and grow this event.

Our hometown, population 1,600, typically has to drive 1-2 hours to attend events like this, and we knew God wanted the ladies in our community and surrounding areas to be able to conveniently hear His word in a new and refreshing way while enjoying fellowship with both new and familiar faces alongside them.

We strive to bring speakers who can relate to our small-town females while also sharing stories that can both challenge them and help them feel a sense of community.

Our hometown supported us all through our childhood and even now into our adult lives, and it is an honor to be able to help bring this love and encouragement back to the place that helped us become the women, mothers, daughters, friends, and professionals that we are today.
